Ingredients

  • 8 legs-chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp-ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 tsps- red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp- turmeric powder
  • 3-4 tsps-tandoori masala powder
  • 1 cup- thick sour yoghurt
  • salt
  • For garnish:
  • lemon.
  • If needed can be brushed with butter after roasted

How to Make Quick Tandoori Chicken

  • Marinate chicken legs with salt, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and tandoori masala powder. Keep aside for 1 - 8 hrs.
  • Then lay out the chicken legs in a greased plate and bake in an oven at 400 degree F for 10 mins. Then remove and turn the pieces in their places and then bake it again for 4-5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with lemon slices and onion slices.
