  • 1 cup - Parboiled rice
  • 1 cup - Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup - Toor dal
  • 1/4 cup - Urad dal
  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - Moong dal
  • 4 - Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 5 - Dry red chillies
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Quinoa Mixed Dals Dosa

  • Soak the rice, quinoa and dals together for 4 hours along with the dry red chillies and fennel seeds.
  • Grind the soaked rice and dals in a grinder with crushed garlic cloves and salt with enough water as a slightly coarse batter.
  • Keep the batter at room temperature.
  • Make dosas on a non-stick pan or in a hot tawa, drizzling it with oil and cooking on both sides until they turn crispy and well cooked.
  • Serve with spicy chutneys.
