  • 1 kg. white radish
  • 60 gms. mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp. chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp. turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 tbsp. Mustard oil

How to Make Radish Pickle

  • Cut radish into small pieces after peeling them.
  • Grind mustard seeds and mix with turmeric and chilli powder.
  • Apply salt on radishes and set aside for a few hours then squeeze out all the water.
  • Put in a jar and mix in all the spices, then put in enough oil to cover the radish.
  • Cover the jar tightly and put in the sun for a week.
