Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Cooked rice
  • 1 - Onion (big and chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup - Rajma (cooked)
  • 1 cup - Paneer (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas (frozen)
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp - Pav bhaji masala
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to fry
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 10-15 - Cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice

How to Make Rajma and Paneer Tawa Pulao

  • Heat enough oil. Fry the cumin seeds and cashew nuts until they turn brown.
  • Immediately add the chopped onions and saute them until they turn translucent.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste to the vegetables and cook until the raw smell goes.
  • Add the frozen peas, cooked rajma, cubed paneer, pav bhaji masala, garam masala powder and salt, and saute for few minutes.
  • Add some water and cook until the water gets evaporated.
  • Now, add the cooked rice, salt, lemon juice and toss everything gently until they are mixed well on high heat. Put off the stove immediately.
  • Serve with fried potatoes or eggs.
