Ingredients

  • mutton - 1/2 kg, cut into 4 cm cubes
  • Rajma (kidney beans) - 150 gm
  • flour (Maida) - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • tomato - 1/2 cup, chopped
  • green chillies - 3, minced
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • salt to taste

How to Make Rajma Mutton

  • Soak Rajma in water overnight.
  • Toss mutton with flour
  • Heat oil in a pressure pan.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • After a few seconds, add mutton and fry till brown.
  • Add onion, tomato, green chillies and salt.
  • Drain the Rajma from water and add.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
