Ingredients

  • Saboot masoor ki dal - 1 cup
  • Ginger - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 10-12 cloves
  • Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Ambchoor - 1 tsp
  • Mashed paneer - 1 cup
  • Corn floor - 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1 (Small, chopped)
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 (Small, without pulp)
  • To serve :
  • 3 medium size onions cut into rings
  • A few mint leaves (poodina)

How to Make Rani Seekh Kebab

  • Soak saboot masoor dal for 2 hours.
  • Strain and grind dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli and jeera for paste.
  • Fry paste only 4-5 minutes.
  • When the dal is dry, mix corn floor, paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli, amchoor and lemon juice with the dal
  • Heat the oil. Make a kebab balls from the ingredients.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes on the kebabs.
