Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder or garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch - asafoetida
  • 200 g - refined oil

How to Make Rava Crispies

  • Mix above ingredients well to get a batter of thick consistency.
  • Make little balls from the above. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney of your choice. Variation:
  • You can try these crispies with thin cut green chillies instead of red chilli powder.
