  • 500 g - Rava
  • 500 g - Sugar
  • 3/4 cup - Pure ghee
  • 1.25 - Cup water
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 100 gm- Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Raisin, chopped -
  • 2 tbsp - Almond, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Pista, chopped
  • 5 - Cardamoms

How to Make Rava Delight

  • Mix sugar and water, stirring on low heat
  • When sugar begins to melt, add 1 tbsp ghee.
  • Simmer it till it becomes like a thread, then stir occasionally.
  • In another pan, heat ghee and add rava.
  • Stir on low heat till aroma comes and turns light brown.
  • Add syrup, nuts, cardamom and stir.
  • When mixture leave the sides of a pan and begins to form a mass spread on a grease tray.
  • Let it cool, cut into diamond shape pieces and store.
