Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rava
  • 2 tsp - Rice flour
  • A few curry leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 - Onion chopped finely
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Rava Onion Oothapam

  • Combine all the above together in a large bowl.
  • Add enough water to make the batter.
  • Spread it into oothapams onto a hot pan, pour little oil along the sides.
  • Turn it once it becomes light brown on the ends.
  • Cook both the sides and serve hot.
