  • 1 cup - semolina, coarse
  • 3 tbsps - curd
  • 1 - small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Pinch - cooking soda

How to Make Rava Pakodas

  • Mix semolina, curd and make into a paste not too thick and not too thin.
  • Now put the onions, chillies and salt along with a pinch of cooking soda.
  • If the mix is too thin, you can add a bit of rice flour.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, drop small balls of the paste into the oil and fry till the pakodas are golden brown in colour.
  • Drain and serve them hot with chilli sauce.
