Ingredients

  • 1 kg - rava
  • 1/2 cup - coconut (grated)
  • 1 tbsp - pepper and jeera grinded -
  • salt
  • 1/2 litre - oil

How to Make Rava Thenguzal

  • Fry the rava in a tawa till light brown.
  • Boil 2 litres of water and add the fried rava to the boiled water. Allow it to cook for 30 mins.
  • Then mix the salt, pepper and jeera powder and grated coconut. Mix well.
  • Heat the 1/2 litre of oil and pipe thenkuzal into the oil and fry.
