Ingredients

  • 2 - red chillies
  • 7 to 8 - garlic
  • Curry leaves - a fistful
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tbsp - ghee/gingely oil

How to Make Raw Garlic Chilli Chutney

  • Grind the ingredients to a coarse paste.
  • Add ghee/gingelly oil and serve with hot idlis.
  • This is a tasty, flavourful chutney.
