Ingredients

  • 1 large raw mango (totapuri variety is preferable)
  • 1/2 coconut (grated)
  • 3 to 4 red chillies
  • 7 to 8 seeds - methi seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - hing powder
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • small piece jaggery
  • salt to taste

How to Make Raw Mango Coconut Chutney

  • Grate the mangoes.
  • Roast the methi seeds and red chillies in very little oil.
  • Coarsely grind the mangoes, coconut and other ingredients.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Preserved for 1 to 2 days only.
