  • 3 - carrots
  • 1/2 litre - milk
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped cashews, almonds and pista

How to Make Really Quick Carrot Kheer

  • Boil the carrots and grind them in a mixer.
  • Boil the milk and add the ingredients and the carrot. Bring it to boil.
  • Serve hot or cold.
