Ingredients

  • Red bean - 1 cup (soak or canned)
  • 4 to 5 cloves - garlic
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 - red bell and green bell pepper, chopped
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • 4 - tortillas

How to Make Red Bean Burrito

  • Pressure cook the beans until buttery.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet. Saute the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic until soft.
  • Add the cooked beans, salt, tomatoes, coriander leaves, chilli powder and cook well until it becomes soft and mashed.
  • To serve, spoon bean mixture in the centre of each tortilla.
  • Roll up and place in a oven or microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
