  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Mint leaves - 10 to 20
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - to fry

How to Make Red Chicken Fry

  • Cook the cut chicken, with salt, in a cooker or in an open vessel.
  • Heat the oil in another pan (non stick is preferred). Add the cooked chicken, red chilli powder and keep stirring it.
  • Add garlic paste, few coriander leaves and more mint leaves.
  • Add the chicken stock in between, if the chicken dries up.
  • The dish is ready.
