  • 2 pounds - chicken (breasts and legs)
  • 1 - big onion
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsps - red chilli powder
  • 1 - big tbsp curd
  • Haldi
  • Salt
  • Red food colour
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1.5 tsps - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - coconut powder
  • Black pepper powder

How to Make Red Chicken

  • Wash chicken and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, salt as per taste, curd, lime and colour. Mix them well.
  • Take a pan and put this mixture (without oil) and let the chicken cook well.
  • When the water from the chicken disappears, then take another non-stick pan and put oil, fry powders, green chillies.
  • Add in the cooked chicken for 5 minutes and fry till dark in colour.
  • Add coriander leaves.
