  • 12 - dried red chillies
  • 8 - Small onions
  • 2 - cloves garlic
  • Tamarind, a small piece
  • 1 tbsp - coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Red chilli chammanthi

  • Roast the dried red chillies till it is black.
  • Grind it with the peeled small onions, garlic, tamarind, salt.
  • Add coconut oil and mix well.
