Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - red radish
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves a few
  • For tempering
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard seeds

How to Make Red radish raita

  • Wash and grate radish. Chop chilli and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter, add this to the bowl and mix.
