Ingredients

  • 800g - Meat of your choice (chicken, duck, rabbit or Desi chicken)
  • 15 - onions
  • 1/2 litre - red wine
  • 10 - cloves garlic
  • 1 small stick ginger
  • 12 - cloves
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 5 - cardmom
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - red chilli
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Red wine meat

  • Heat oil, fry bay leaves, red chilli, cardmom, onion, garlic, ginger.
  • Add meat, fry till brown, add salt and then red wine as per requirement of thickness of the curry.
  • Keep on medium heat till meat is tender.
  • Serve hot garnished with mint.
