Ingredients

  • 300 g - paneer cubes
  • 1 tsp- cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup- onion-chopped fine
  • 100 g -capsicum cut into cubes similar to paneer
  • 10- spring onions
  • 1/2 cup- tomato puree
  • 1 tsp -ginger paste
  • 1 tsp -garlic paste
  • green chopped-chopped fine
  • salt
  • 2 tsp -Kashmir chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp- garam masala
  • 3- tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

How to Make Restaurant style Paneer Jalfrazie

  • Mix the cumin and oil in a dish.
  • Cook covered for 2 mins.
  • Mix in the onions and cook, uncovered at high for 6 mins, stirring once till light brown.
  • Mix in the capsicums, spring onions, tomato puree, ginger-garlic pastes, green chillies, salt and chilli powder.
  • Cook covered on high for 5 mins.
  • Add paneer and tomato.
  • Cover and cook at 70% for 7 mins.
  • Stir, sprinkle the garam masala and cook at high for 3 mins.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
