  • 1 cup - black rice flour
  • 1.5 cup - sugar
  • 1 tin - coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp - almond essence
  • 1 scoop - salted butter

How to Make Rice Halwa

  • Mix black rice flour, sugar, coconut milk thoroughly.
  • Heat it in a microwave on 'medium' for 8 minutes.
  • Add butter and almond essence to the mixture and heat it in the microwave for another 8 -10 minutes.
  • Pour out this mixture on a greased plate.
  • Let it cool and add flaked almonds.
