  • 2 cup - rice
  • 3 tsp - ginger, chilli and garlic paste
  • turmeric powder, a pinch
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • For tadka:
  • mustard, cumin and fenugreek
  • 1/2 litre - butter milk
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Rice Sabji

  • Soak rice in water for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add paste mentioned and fry till is red.
  • Add buttermilk and turmeric powder
  • Then add rice and salt. Cook till rice is cooked properly
  • Serve with roti or bajri roti.
