Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Ridge gourd pieces
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 2 - Dry red chillies
  • 1/4 cup - Ground peanuts
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Ridge gourd Peanut Curry

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies and let them crack.
  • Add the ridge gourd pieces and stir them for a while.
  • Add enough salt to the vegetables, close the kadai and cook in medium high flame until they get well cooked.
  • Before putting off the stove, add the ground peanuts to the cooked ridge gourd curry and toss gently until they get well mixed.
