Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Roasted channa
  • 1 - Medium onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1 - Medium tomato, cut into small pieces
  • 2 or 3 - Finely cut green chillies or according to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Some finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Optional)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Roasted channa chaat

  • In a bowl, mix roasted channa with the chopped vegetables, the coriander leaves and the ghee and finally add little salt for taste.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it well.
  • Serve with tea or coffee.
