Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken pieces
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli
  • 1 tbsp - meat curry masala
  • 1 tbsp - kala masala
  • 1 tbsp - salt

How to Make Roasted Chicken

  • Clean and dry the chicken well.
  • Mix together the red chilli, salt, meat masala and kala masala and rub the chicken with it. Marinate for 3 hours.
  • Broil the chicken at 300 C for 2 hours, check after 15 minutes to change the sides.
  • Once done, enjoy it with lemon juice drizzled over.
