Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp - Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - fennel seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - paprika powder
  • 1 - crushed garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Roasted Chickpeas

  • Mix everything together and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Arrange the mix as a single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook on high for 12-15 minutes (stir in between), don't cook for a long they may turn hard.
  • Let it sit for few minutes before arranging in an air-tight box, continue the same process with the remaining spiced chickpeas.
