Ingredients

  • 4 - soft rotis (prepared with milk)
  • 4 - chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 6 - capsicums
  • 1.5 tbsp - garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp - ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp - dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 200 ml - water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • To garnish:
  • 2 - shredded green chillies
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1 - bunch of spring onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Roti Chicken Rolls

  • Blend garlic, cloves, cumin powder, oregano, vinegar and water into a paste.
  • Marinate the chicken in the paste for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken over a high flame until tender.
  • Place the chicken on the chapattis and make a roll.
  • Saute the garnishing ingredients for a few seconds in very hot oil and scatter on top of the chicken rolls
