  • 1 cup saabudhana
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3/4 cup moong dal
  • 5 green chillies & mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt & 2 teaspoon oil

How to Make Saabudhana Upma

  • Soak saabudhana in the curd for 2 hours. Pressure cook moong dal.
  • Splutter the mustard seeds, chillies in oil and mix the moong dal and soaked saabhudhana.
  • Add the salt to taste.
