  • Sabhudana - 100 g
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Cashews - 10
  • Saffron - A pinch
  • Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cups
  • Ghee - 3 to 4 tsps

How to Make Sabhudana Payasam

  • In a pan add ghee and fry the sabhudana till it starts to splutter. Fry onion on a low flame.
  • Add milk and pressure cook till done.
  • Add sugar to the cooked sabhudana and stir well so that there no lumps are formed.
  • Add the condensed milk and stir well.
  • Remove from flame and add the saffron.
  • Add ghee on another pan and fry the cashews till golden brown.
  • Top with fried cashews and serve.
