Ingredients

  • Sabudana- 1 cup
  • Refined Oil - 200 g
  • Potatoes- 2
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Sabudana and Aloo Vada

  • Soak sabudana in water for 3 hours and strain.
  • Peel and boil the potatoes and mix well with the sabudana.
  • Chop chillies and coriander leaves finely and add to the mix.
  • Now add the salt .
  • Make tiny wadas with this dough and deep fry in oil.
  • Remove when brown and serve with sauce.
