Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Sabudhana
  • 1 Cup - Rice Flour
  • 3/4 cup - Rava (suji)
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • A small bunch - coriander leaves
  • A few curry leaves
  • A pinch - hing
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 cup - curd

How to Make Sabudhana Bonda

  • Soak all the ingredients in curd or yogurt. (Soak it in the morning if you are planning to make it in the evening.)
  • Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and mix hing and salt with it.
  • Add this to the soaked mixture and make it into small balls.
  • Heat oil in tava and deep fry the balls. Serve with chutney.
