Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 3 cups
  • Sago - 1 cup
  • Curd to soak sago
  • Green chillies - 5, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 2 tsps - mustard

How to Make Sago Dosai

  • Wash the sago in water first.
  • Soak it in sour curd for 2 hours.
  • Grind to a smooth batter and mix with rice flour and add salt.
  • Add coconut, green chillies chopped fine, mustard seeds popped in oil.
  • Use batter to make dosas.
