  • 1/2 kg - dry red chilli
  • 1/2 kg - coriander seeds
  • 100g - black pepper
  • 20g - turmeric
  • 200g - tur dal
  • 200g - channa dal
  • 100g - urad dal
  • 2 tsp - methi seeds
