  • 4 - hard boiled egg, peeled
  • 1 tbsp - chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup - onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp - mustard sauce
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Sandwich Spread

  • Mix the mayonnaise and cheese till it gets well blended.
  • Mash the egg.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and let it chill.
  • Spread on the sandwiches and serve.
