  • 4 - bread slices
  • 100 g - malai paneer
  • 50 g - grated cheese
  • 100 g - besan/gram flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • A pinch of soda bicarbonate
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Sandwich vada

  • Cut the bread slices and paneer into squares.
  • Marinate the paneer pieces with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice.
  • Prepare a thick besan batter with water, soda, turmeric and salt.
  • Take the bread slices and place grated cheese over it.
  • Then place the marinated paneer square piece over it.
  • Dip in the besan batter and deep fry.
