  • 200 gms melted milk chocolate
  • 30 gms marshmallows
  • 30 gms jujubes
  • 50 gms gems
  • 10 gms white chocolate for painting

How to Make Santa on a Sledge

  • Using a food grade brush, paint attractively on the mould with white chocolate (you can use chocolate coloured with food grade colours if you wish)
  • Cool it for 15 minutes
  • Melt and temper milk chocolate and add 30 gms marshmallows, 30 gms jujubes and 50 gms gems in it
  • Mix it well
  • Put it in a Santa on a sledge shaped mould
  • Tap the mould thoroughly to take out air bubbles
  • Cool mould in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  • Take out the Santa on a sledge from mould
  • Pack it with transparent cellophane and decorative ribbons and lovely Christmas decoration
