Ingredients

  • 1 - small tin sardines, drained and mashed
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 - small wedges of lime
  • 1 - hard boiled egg, thinly cut into rounds
  • 12 - small buttered bread slices
  • mayonnaise as required

How to Make Sardine Rounds

  • Mix sardines, lime juice, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • Spread on buttered slice.
  • Cover with a slice of egg and sprinkle with a few drops of tabasco sauce.
