Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless chicken
  • 100 g - mustard oil
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • 2 - medium sized onion, chopped finely
  • Make fine paste of:
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 4-5 - green chillies
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 4 tsp - yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 - medium sized tomato

How to Make Sarse Diye Murgir Mangso

  • Clean, wash, drain, pat dry and marinate chicken with salt, turmeric powder, a little vinegar and keep for 1/2 an hour.
  • Heat the kadai, add 50 g of oil, add the chopped onions fry till brown.
  • Put the marinated chicken and fry on low flame
  • Fry till the water, dries add all the masalas, cover and keep in low flame for 10 mins.
  • When done add coriander leaves.
  • Serve.
