Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - cooked basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup - sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup - sliced green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - sliced cabbage
  • 4 tbsp - sliced red onion
  • 4 tbsp - sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped beans
  • 3 tbsp - corn
  • 1 clove - chopped garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder

How to Make Sassy Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage and saute for 2 mins.
  • Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice.
  • Mix well and serve.
