Ingredients

  • Chicken - 500 gm
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few sprigs
  • Coriander leaves - 3 sprigs
  • Peanut powder -100 gm
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Satay Chicken

  • In a deep and wide non-stick pan, boil the chicken with turmeric in high flame for 5 mins.
  • Now add red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, coriander powder and garam masala to it.
  • Cook chicken till tender.
  • Add a little water so as to get enough gravy.
  • Finally add lemon juice to the curry.
  • Add peanut powder and chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves keep on fire for a few mins. Serve
