Ingredients

  • 200 g - boneless chicken pieces
  • 1 cup - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • To make the peanut sauce:
  • 1/2 cup - peanut butter
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sate

  • Mix all the ingredients with the chicken pieces and marinate it for 8-10 hours.
  • Thread the chicken pieces on wooden skewers and grill for 20 mins.
  • To make the peanut sauce:
  • Heat the oil and add the sliced onions.
  • Add all the other sauce ingredients and add 3-4 tbsps.
  • Water and let it simmer on low heat.
  • Remove after 2-3 mins.
  • Serve grilled chicken pieces with peanut sauce.
