Ingredients

  • 4 rotis (leftover/fresh)
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 7 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 2 small green chillies (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sauteed Masala Roti

  • Cut each roti into 5-6 pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and green chillies. Fry till fragrant.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Add the roti pieces and saute.
  • Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
