  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1/2 cup - Grated carrots
  • 5 sprigs - Parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp - corn flour
  • 3 tbsp - Water
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt

How to Make Savoury Carrot and Parsley Pancakes

  • Beat the eggs well with corn flour, water, pepper powder and salt.
  • Add the grated carrots and chopped parsley leaves and mix well.
  • Heat a few drops of oil, pour a small quantity of the pancake batter and cook well on both sides.
