Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork chop, flattened
  • 3 large - onions, sliced finely
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 2 sticks - cinnamon
  • 4 - cloves
  • 2 - cardamoms
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 2 - red chillies, broken into bits
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar

How to Make Savoury pork chops

  • Boil the pork chops in a little water till they are tender.
  • Strain the stock and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, red chillies, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom lightly.
  • Add the garlic paste and saute for about 5 mins on medium heat.
  • Add the chilli powder, cumin, turmeric powder, salt and the pork along with vinegar. Cook on medium heat till the chops turn brown in colour and semi dry.
  • Serve it with bread or rice.
