Ingredients

  • 2 cups - left over rice
  • 1 cup - chopped palak
  • 1 cup - chopped, unpeeled potato
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • 1 tbsp - sesame
  • garam masala
  • oil for frying
  • salt

How to Make Sawan Bhadhon

  • Grind cooked rice in a food processor along with curd.
  • Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
  • Add chopped palak and vegetables along with sesame, salt, and garam masala.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Make medium-sized pakoras. Serve with green chutney.
