  • Bread-6 slices
  • Szhezwan Sauce- 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Sauce-1 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce-1 tsp
  • Chopped Cabbage-1/4 cup
  • Onion-1
  • Carrot-1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Spring Onions-1 tsp(chopped)
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Schezwan Bread

  • In a pan, add oil followed by chopped onion, capsicum,carrot and cabbage.
  • Pour in all the sauces and cook till the veggies turn soft.
  • Add salt and mix well. Remove the corners of the bread and cut them into cubes.
  • Add them to the veggie mixture. Toss well and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
