Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 10-12 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar or according to your taste
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 10 unsalted peeled almonds
  • 2 tbsp. of ghee

How to Make Scrumptious Gobhi (Cauliflower) Ka Kheer

  • Fry the chopped cauliflower in ghee, with steam till its golden brown. Keep it aside. Boil milk. Once the milk starts boiling add the fried cauliflower.
  • Keep stirring for a while. Allow it boil for 15 minutes. Then add sugar, cardamom powder and the almonds.
  • Simmer and leave it for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Let it cool. Keep it in the fridge. Chill it and serve as a dessert.
