Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - oysters
  • 1/4 cup - chopped calms
  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 3 tbsp - chopped green onion
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 1/4 cup - fresh oregano, chopped finely
  • 2 - eggs
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheese

How to Make Seafood Omelette

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan.
  • Saute oysters and clams for a minute.
  • Add onion, saute till transparent.
  • Remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Beat eggs with milk.
  • Add salt, pepper, oregano and spring onion. Mix well.
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter, pour half of egg mixture.
  • Tilt the pan so it spreads evenly in the pan.
  • When half cooked, put half of clam mixture in the centre.
  • Put 1/2 of grated cheese.
  • When cheese melts, cover the mixture, from both sides of omelette. Slide into plate.
  • Repeat for remaining mixture.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
