Ingredients

  • 250 g - butter
  • 250 gm - refined flour or maida
  • 250 g - sugar (powdered)
  • 5 - eggs, beaten well
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - cake seeds

How to Make Seed Cake

  • Sift the flour and baking powder together.
  • Cream the butter and sugar well.
  • Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
  • Slowly add the flour and fold in the mixture.
  • Add cake seeds and mix well.
  • Pour into a buttered and floured cake tin
  • And bake for 40-45 mins in a hot oven.
